1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI YouTube Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

AI YouTube Agent provides:

• YouTube channel analytics with AI-powered insights
• Automated video metadata translations (titles, descriptions, subtitles)
• SEO optimization for video titles, descriptions, and tags
• Automated comment responses (with user permission)
• Integration with YouTube Data API v3

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must have a Telegram account to use our Service
• You must connect a valid YouTube channel via Google OAuth
• You must be at least 13 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must not share your account credentials

4. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you also agree to:

We access your YouTube data to:

• Read channel analytics and video metadata

5.2 Billing

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service (beyond our API)
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Upload malicious content or viruses

• Scrape or collect data from other users

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to your YouTube videos and content
• You grant us permission to process your content for the Service
• You are responsible for the legality of your content

7.2 Our IP

• AI YouTube Agent and all related trademarks are our property
• Our code, algorithms, and AI models are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI (GPT-4, LLaMA, etc.) to generate:

• Translations of video metadata
• SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
• Responses to comments
• Analytics insights

Important:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI suggestions before publishing
• We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We may suspend service for violations of these Terms
• Third-party services (YouTube API, AI providers) may experience downtime

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or channel growth
• Compatibility with future YouTube API changes

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for YouTube policy changes or account suspensions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI YouTube Agent from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Your content or use of the Service
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• Use the /delete_account command to delete your account
• Or contact support to request account deletion

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse or misuse the Service
• Required by law or YouTube

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• No refunds for unused subscription time

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via:

• Telegram bot notification
• Update on this page with "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt, Germany.
